EOT Service
Our EOT service covers all aspects of getting your property ready to let and earning revenue.
We are able to survey the property or work from your Property Managers report.
We will undertake clearance and disposal, cleaning including carpets and ovens, redecoration, repairs, lock changes, plumbing, electrical and joinery, gardens and driveways, exterior decoration and repairs.
